Feeling Confused

“A confused mind is one that is open to the possibility of change.”

-Eric Weiner

Your Action:

Take a moment to do this practice, calming breath, which will not only send signals to the brain that you are safe, but also help you shift your thought process to big picture thinking. Often, when we are confused, we are stuck in details. We need to take a step back, connect with the big picture, our mission, and our values in order to determine what the next best step is.

You can also take an Awe Walk, which will help you put everything in perspective. (Learn more about WrkfloW Walks and how to incorporate them into your workday in the Daily Action Plan Guide.)
