Feeling Exhausted - Need To Get Energized

Your Action:

When you need to get energized quickly, you can either take a brisk Self-Talk Walk*, or manipulate your breath in a way that increases your heart rate and releases endorphins and other energizing neurochemicals. The breath practice posted here does just that. Follow along to emphasize and elongate your inhale, which increases your heart rate, focus, and energy.

How To Prevent:

Make sure you are putting enough regular deposits in your focus budget. Remember, you have access to non-sleep deep rest videos in Just Rest.
