The Inventory

The Inventory is a powerful exercise that builds awareness and understanding of the thoughts, actions, and behaviors that steal your time, sabotage your focus, limit your productivity, and prevent you from reaching your full potential. It takes about 30 minutes to complete.

How To

Step 1. Read through the slides below. Here you will learn about a fundamental neuroscience concept called allostasis. While simple, this concept is the driving force behind how we think, feel, and act. A basic understanding of this concept is needed before proceeding with The Inventory.


Step 2. After you've read through the slides, DOWNLOAD The Inventory. Read through and follow the instructions to complete before proceeding to Daily Action Plan.
